We ship within Canada from our location in Oakville, Ontario, typically within 24-72 hours of receipt of order. We do not ship outside of North America. Due to the volume of parcels we ship, we use UPS or FedEx because they offer the most competitive rates along with the fastest delivery times, however, depending on the shipping address, we may use Canada Post or Purolator. In keeping with the spirit of recycling, we ship using used boxes when possible. This allows us to be part of the solution in reducing waste in our landfills.
Shipping fees are pre-set by dollar value within Canada are automatically generated upon checkout. All shipping fees include basic insurance coverage and fuel surcharges. GST will be applied to all shipping charges.
Fees detailed below are based on the pre-tax total of the order.

Our $100.00+ (pre-tax) Free Shipping within Canada promotion excludes Nunavut, Yukon, and NWT. Free shipping does not apply to sale items (unless stated otherwise) and is exclusive of additional oversized item charges. Oversized items will be noted within the product details page. After discounted prices are used when determining free-shipping (ie. the $100.00 must be met after all discounts have been applied in order to receive free shipping on sales items.)
Free shipping, when coupled with a Rattle and Stroll Sale, is only applicable when the sales item is in stock. If the sale item is not in stock, free shipping will not apply. If an item is returned/exchanged that was originally part of an order that qualified for free shipping and the original order now falls below the $100 (pre tax) amount, Rattle and Stroll will deduct the shipping charges for the original order from the refund/exchange amount (minimum of $10.00).
All orders ship complete. Pre-ordered products that are placed with any (non pre-order) order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item arrives. Partial shipped orders are permitted, however, additional shipping fees will apply.
Refusal of Delivery: Any order refused is charged a $20.00 fee and customer is responsible for any other costs that occur during the delivery process. Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Rattle and Stroll due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If a free shipping coupon was applied, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer's part, and the customer will be charged for all shipping costs. Fees: Rattle and Stroll will not be responsible for any financial charges you may incur by your banking institution or delivery provider.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unused, unwashed, non-sale items (exceptions listed below) in their original condition with tags attached within 14 days for a full refund, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a Rattle & Stroll Return Authorization Number (RA#). The customer must contact Rattle & Stroll to obtain an RA# before shipping the return back to us. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have an RA# issued by Rattle & Stroll. The shipping charges to return an item back to us are the customer's responsibility.
Some items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
- All purchases of items on-sale and/or discounted are final.
- We cannot accept returns on special order items.
- We cannot accept returns on pre-order items. Items that are considered pre-order will clearly be noted on their product page. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.
- Undergarments, baby bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps, breast feeding accessories, cloth diapers, training pants, swaddlers, baby carriers and car seats are final sale.

Upon receipt of the above information, we will provide you with our shipping address and an exchange/return authorization number. Items must be received by Rattle & Stroll within 10 days of receiving an exchange/return authorization number. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return or exchange.
- Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment.
- Credit amount for any return or exchange will be for the price of the product(s) less any applicable shipping charges; i.e. if your original order total qualified you for free shipping, but your return sets you below our free ship offer you will be credited for the item amount less the initial ship charges for that item.
Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your return.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, Rattle & Stroll is happy to replace it for you. There will be no shipping charge on replacements.
